Aquaculture: Automatic Feeding System

Feed of different size are stored in the silos according to requirements. Through a screw the feed is introduced in the weighing hopper. After being weight as per the programmed quantity, the feed is introduced in the distributing line through which it is forwarded to the tanks.

High capacity of Self-monitoring
The system is provided with sensors which allow to receive in real time signals of eventual averages. All this is guaranteed by a communication network which made Borli a leader in aquaculture monitoring and control applications. .
Easy programming:
From the computer through a simple program developed in Windows environment, or from the PLC of the control cabinet positioned beside the machine.
Feed distribution by means of one pipe only:
High flexibility and use of the lower number of pipes.
Dosage according to weight and not to volume
Elimination of errors due to various specific weight and to the compression of the storage.
The distribution speed can be programmed
Allows to adjust the feed distribution according to the season and the size of tank and fish.
Remote control
The main functions can be activated or stopped by and handy remote controller optionally provided by Borli.

Main Sensor
Level sensors in the silos:
Warn the operator when feed is below stock availability.
Weight sensors:
For feed dosage.

To avoid obstructions or breakage in the transport line.

Allow to know in real time in which tank the feed is being delivered.
